In this section of the mural I am trying to create the “divertion” (to understand the project better please click on the title Graffiti Tribute Introduction)
An English Bobby (police officer) on petrol comes across a freshly painted tag, with the plans of the executed vandalism still displayed to the wall with duck tape. A second officer who is already on the scene ignores the bobby as if already in a conversation over the radio discussing the related incident.
The bobby can clearly see that this is not a female officer standing before him but decides to allow the charade to continue while the decoy in drag continues to talk to the unresponsive radio.

01/06/09 Hi all this cat was requested by Anonymous. due to this suggestion Ill be adding a cowering bulldog behind the cop and i think that ill make this cat look a bit more scary instead of just a pink fashion mistake.
